In a sneak peek clip for March 4th's episode of Teen Mom 2, the mother-of-three comes face-to-face with her ex and first baby daddy, Jo Rivera, after he filed for child support. Unfortunately, the exes had to see each other at their son Isaac's basketball try-outs and it's safe to say, it was awkward!
