They're Back! 'Fixer Upper' Stars Chip & Joanna Gaines Return To TV For The First Time In 2 Years — Watch
Back and better than ever! Chip and Joanna Gaines are making a return to the small screen — two years after the reality stars stepped away from their HGTV reality show.
The new series is guaranteed to be filled with beautiful renovations and comical banter between the two. "I wanted this room to feel like a hug," the mother of five, 42, said in the recently released trailer for Fixer Upper: Welcome Home, which will premiere on discovery+ later this month.
"I work harder, not smarter," Chip chimed in, as he knocked down the walls of a home on demo day, to which his wife responded: "I have nothing to say after that."
The couple's popular series will permanently be found on their Magnolia Network, which was set to debut last year before their plans were put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
OK! previously reported the beloved Texas couple's return to the screen in August. However, a source exclusively shared that the brunette beauty was less than thrilled about their new venture.
"They've been bickering ever since Chip signed the deal," the source dished. "He honestly thought Jo would be happy about it, but her reaction was shock followed by dismay. She just wishes he had asked her first. But that's the man Jo married. Chip flies by the seat of his pants."
Despite "stepping on one another's toes and bickering" during filming, Chip and Joanna appear to be happier than ever these days while they await the debut of their network — which is set to launch later this year — and TV shows.
Joanna frequently shares sneak peek clips of her new show Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines — which first premiered on Monday, January 4 — and time with her family via Instagram. Days before Thanksgiving, the reality star posted a photo of Chip and their son hammering away in the barn. "Hard working boys right there 😍," she captioned the snap.

Chip also shares adorable moments with the family via his respective Instagram account. Last week, the 46-year-old uploaded a video of his kids on the deck swings while cows were seen in the background. "Living the dream," he wrote.
Four episodes of the couple's Fixer Upper: Welcome Home will be available on January 29 and will air weekly through February 19. Three episodes of Magnolia Table with Joanna Gaines are currently available on discovery+, and more episodes will be rolling out throughout the month.
Discovery+ will also be releasing Joanna's Running on Hope and Road to Launch lifestyle series prior to the launch of Magnolia Network.
