At the 31st Annual Grammy Awards, Houston performed the sentimental ballad "One Moment In Time," which was written in honor of the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea. We'd give her a gold medal for singing if we could.
"I Wanna Dance With Somebody" At Arista's 15th Anniversary In 1990
On March 17, 1990, Arista Records held their 15th Anniversary Concert at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, which was also a benefit for AIDS. Houston got the crowd on their feet by giving a lively performance of her mega bop "I Wanna Dance With Somebody."
