Has Tristan Thompson Found An Ally In Kim Kardashian? Watch Her Relationship Advice For Khloé's Baby Daddy In New 'KUWTK' Trailer
There's nothing like turning to your girlfriend's sister for advice on how to deal with your past infidelity.
In the newest teaser for the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian's baby daddy Tristan Thompson sought out Kim Kardashian's advice on their relationship troubles while sitting in Kim's kitchen, which the NBA player jokingly called the "Kardashian-West museum."
Diving right in, Kim asked Thompson: "So what's going on with you and Khloé?," to which he honestly responded: "Some days are good, some days she gets frustrated with what's going on with the media."
The KKW beauty founder said she doesn't think the issue is with Khloé "getting over the past things that you guys have been through," referencing his past cheating scandals, but rather "what other people are gonna think. I think she's totally fine, otherwise she wouldn't be hanging out with you 24/7."
"She's carrying a suitcase of other people's opinions and thoughts..." Thompson added.
"I just never thought she was like that," Kim admitted. "That wasn't who she was. She's always the tough Khloé who doesn't give a f*ck."
The Boston Celtics player shared the revelations he's had about being in such a public relationship, noting that he and Khloé will never "get to the finish line" if she's "always" trying to "please the masses."
"So you just got to just live for yourself. You're going to ride this journey the way you want and it's either people are going to be with you or against you, but at least if you die, you're going to die doing it your way," Thompson, 29, continued to vent. "That's like my mentality, and she's got to understand it, too. Just do it."
Kim said that the Good American co-founder and athlete need to find what works for them and their relationship. "I just think that you should talk to her," the mother-of-four, 40, advised. "You should just tell her you don't want to rush her process."
She told Thompson to explain to Khloé that he doesn't want to be "this kept secret," just because "she is so embarrassed" to go back to someone who cheated on her multiple times. "That makes you sad and that makes you feel a way," Kim said to Thompson.
"We'll see what happens," Thompson said, to which Kim added: "Well, keep me posted."
Thompson hasn't been on the best of terms with the Kardashian-Jenner family after he cheated not once, but twice — he was disloyal to Khloé for a second time with Kylie Jenner's ex BFFL Jordyn Woods in February 2019 — however, the family has slowly welcomed him back into their good graces.
Khloé and her baby daddy rekindled their romance after spending quarantine together with daughter True in the KUWTK reality star's Calabasas home.
As OK! previously reported, the duo is doing so well that they have even been in talks about welcoming baby No. 2. Click here to learn more about the co-parents' plan to expand their family.
The final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians premieres Thursday, March 18, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on E!.
