As Tori Spelling's marriage to Dean McDermott appears to be all but over, her Messyness costar, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, is stepping up to provide some much needed support.
In a recent interview, the Jersey Shore star spilled that she and the blonde beauty have formed a unique bond, on and off the set of their hit MTV series, that allows Spelling to be the truest version of herself.
"I feel like Tori sometimes doesn’t show her authentic self because she tries to be this actress and trying to get jobs and stuff like that, and I feel like with me, she could be her messy self," the mother-of-three told Page Six. "She could be her 100 percent self and I love that with her."
"She always says, like, 'I'm so happy that we're friends because I don’t have to hide anything from you,'" the reality TV star, 34, explained, per the outlet.
Polizzi pointed out she tries to "keep it positive" when hanging out with Spelling, despite the enormous weight on her shoulders, given the demise of her marriage to McDermott. "I feel like everyone goes through stuff, so anytime we're together, we just make sure we have the best time, and we enjoy each other's company, and we just have a great girls' night," Polizzi reportedly added.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star, 48, has been making headlines for months as her 15-year marriage to the Chopped Canada alum appears to be crumbling. In fact, OK! learned Spelling could slap her hubby with divorce papers as soon as the start of the New Year.
"They really are trying to celebrate the holidays as a family and put aside their differences," an insider squealed. And though the estranged couple is playing nice for the holidays, Spelling’s "friends think divorce can happen early in the new year."
The Mind Over Murder costars share five children together, Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, 9 and Beau, 4, but Spelling appears to be doing all the heavy lifting, as she was spotted Christmas tree shopping with her brood, while McDermott was nowhere in sight.
OK! reported the proud mama shared a series of sweet snaps of her and her offspring's trip to find the perfect tree on Sunday, December 12. "Christmas tree farm time," she wrote on her Instagram Story, along with a video featuring some of her children.
Spelling followed up her post with another video of the kids cutting down a little tree, which she claimed would be for hanging ornaments to "represent all our animals." McDermott seemingly missed out on the family fun, as the 55-year-old was MIA from his estranged wife's photos and videos.
