A 'Sussex fatigue' phenomenon has set in over Hollywood as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex scramble to reawaken interest in them.

Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, are garnering groans and eye-rolls from some whenever they appear in U.S. news headlines, but this "Sussex fatigue" could be getting worse for the royal rebels.

"It's not just America in general, the industry is turning their back on Harry and Meghan," royal and entertainment expert Kinsey Schofield dished during a broadcast.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have refused to comment on 'Endgame.'

"If Harry and Meghan continue to attack the British royal family, the brands that want to work with the royal family, which is the family that is seen as elite and admirable, like Dior, Louis Vuitton, just luxury. They're not going to want to touch Harry and Meghan if they continue to attack the family because they want to work with their family," she continued.

"They're not going to get Dior, they're going to get Walmart. They want to be marketing Bentley's; they're going to be marketing Subaru's; that is the level that they are," host Cristo Foufas added.

"I'm finding Harry and Meghan very intriguing at the moment. It's gone a little bit quiet, as I supposed the Sussexes are looking 'where do we go to now?'" a second commentator replied.

These insights follow a re-emergence of scandal attached to the pair thanks to "cheerleader" Omid Scobie's controversial book, Endgame. Amid numerous "deeply incendiary" attacks on senior British royals in the tome, its main sticking point in the news has been a "translation error" shortly after its release in The Netherlands. King Charles III and Catherine, Princess of Wales, were named as two monarchy members who allegedly questioned Prince Archie's eventual complexion.

Meghan Markle once famously collaborated with author Omid Scobie only to misrepresent her initial claims about their relationship in a court of law.

Neither royal has commented on the accusations, nor has Harry and Meghan despite their past associations with the author. Many are criticizing the Duchess of Sussex in the book's wake due to her having collaborated with the writer on his 2020 Sussex bio, Finding Freedom. She said she did not assist him at first, but then changed her story while under oath in a London court to reflect her giving third party info about herself that was then passed to Scobie.

It has been reported that some brands are avoiding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as they do not want to get on the bad side of the Prince and Princess of Wales.

As OK! previously reported, Harry and Meghan faced rumors of a "Hollywood freeze out" this past summer thanks to the fallout of Spotify "dumping" their contract. The pair were barely making any public appearances as one negative news cycle after the next stuck to them.

"Everyone’s got a movie to sell and a Broadway play they want to debut on screen in London or [London’s] West End, and they know that Prince William and Kate — who are the biggest [celebrities] get over there won’t show if they think someone is friends with Harry and Meghan," producer Paula Froelich shared in a July interview.
